I have installed itunes and musicbee (and the itunes music folder is where I point my sonos) and wonder if either of these programs have somehow caused a conflict.Īlso sent a sonos diagnostic with the number 8046746. As this is windows clean install I doubt it is going to change much. I have not reinstalled windows again given I spent the last few days reinstalling all my programs, data etc.

I have attempted the following without success: I have spent a day trailing various solutions, but my patience is slowly, but surely, beginning to wear thin.
I am connected via Ethernet to my router and am able to play radio and other online services within Sonos without problem. Reason: The computer "XXXX" is not responding" (XXXX being the computer name". After reinstalling sonos I am now unable to add my music folder that is located on a separate internal drive and get the error message "Unable to add music folder. A long-time sonos user, I recently did a clean install of Windows 10 Build 1709 (Fall Creators Update).
